The Medicine of  Acupuncture Sound Therapy: a powerful and integrative healing experience that will allow your body to melt away stress, tension and anxiety.

This class has it all: movement, sound, relaxation, meditation and acupuncture. We are very excited to be able to offer this amazing opportunity at an incredibly accessible price for the community.

As both acupuncture and sound have deep roots in the ancient wisdom traditions, integrating two modalities brings an approach to healing that is extremely deep and transformative. With the intelligence held in acupoints and the guidance offered through sound, the meditative state is easily accessible and we can resonate with the highest form of health.  Sound Therapy aids in stress relief as well as physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. By including Acupuncture your overall experience is elevated to and even higher level of bliss and realignment. Acupuncture has been shown to shift the nervous system into a "rest and recover" state.  From here a range of imbalances can be righted: muscle pain, digestive difficulty, insomnia, mental and emotional stress, fatigue and more.
