This gentle yoga class will guide you through a series of mindful movement as well as inner awareness. Class will typically begin with pranayama (breath work) to help you center and prepare for practice.
Through a combination of asanas (poses) and breath work, you will gently be flowing through class safely and mindfully.
All are welcome to Gentle Yoga. Beginners will learn the basics at a comfortable pace, while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.
