3 Elements Yoga
This class is for all levels.
Physical movement, breathing exercises, meditation practice and inquisitive friendly dialogue will all come together to support this 3 Elements Yoga community class.
The intention of this class is to enhance, balance and center our awareness of our Mind, Body and Spirit connections. Through the use of Yoga, QiGong and Tai chi we will investigate the use of these practices to develop our inner and outer strength. Working towards responding to life’s events from a calm, balanced understanding that comes from a well tuned system.
