Hatha * Vinyasa * Nidra - Hybrid Class

This class is a hybrid of classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga/Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra. The class begins with Pranayama breathwork: Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma to fuel the Manipur Chakra, the seat of self-esteem, self expression, the fire that soars you into excellence. We move into an Ashtanga/Vinyasa flow to challenge your body, strengthen muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones. Move into Hatha Yoga where we will hold the poses for a longer period of time to allow ourselves to fully express within the posture and deepen our understanding of not only the pose, but our bodies, our minds and our spirits.
Dive deeply into true connection with yourself and source through the steadiness and stillness with the movement of the breath and flow of the form. However you express this, it's perfect.
We will explore our Chidakash ~ our inner mind space ~ during a 15 minute deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra at the end of class. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals 4 hours of sleep. Get a taste of the experience in this class.
