VINYASA & RESTORATIVE YOGA
Jasmine's journey started in March 2013, inspired by social media to try these pretty epic looking yoga postures. Yoga for her then, was about the physicality and challenging poses. Monthly yoga challenges and daily postures inspired her to keep up her practice, documenting along the way to track her progress. In 2016, Jasmine decided to expand her knowledge and got her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training certification through Yoga Medicine. This training was the catalyst that opened up new doors into the world of yoga and the layers it has to offer.
Jasmine's practice and mindset shifted from the superficial, into deeper, more meaningful discoveries of values, confidence, and the self. Yoga became more about healing, uplifting, and feeling good within and without. Jasmine dedicates her teaching to be of service to others and the greater good. Feel-good and challenging vinyasa flow is her forte, but she balances it out with gentle and restorative yoga. Jasmine is grateful everyday for how she was inspired to start yoga and how transformative it has been and still is.
