Kundalini Yoga


In 2008 Rita was at her second Kundalini yoga class when the instructor announced that teacher training would begin the following month. Something inside her said, "I should do that." Nine months later she received her teacher certificate and has been practicing and teaching ever since.


While there are countless benefits to practicing Kundalini yoga, Rita focuses on managing stress and anxiety. The universe is in the business of making diamonds, and Rita teaches the tools to face the pressure in a positive and empowering way. Every class is an opportunity to overcome challenges, break through blocks and become elevated.
