We begin this class with pranayama and meditation to release any fears or anxiety out of the system. Holding classical hatha yoga poses, stretching and opening the muscular structure of the body. Including bandhas and mudras. Find deep strength and peace in your practice. We end class with a supported meditation. All levels are welcome.
