Healing Arts Practitioner - Reiki, Polarity Therapy & Craniosacral Therapy
Connects to the energetic fields of our unseen world and creates a safe space to allow clients to heal body, mind and spirit.
Erika is a healing arts practitioner trained in Reiki, traditional Usui Lineage and received her training from the NYC Reiki Center in New York City. She has worked with patients from all over the country at the American Cancer Society recovery center in New York City. Erika also received her Associate Polarity Practitioner training from Heather Principe that is recognized by both the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) and the International Polarity Education Alliance. She is currently completing her 800 hour Board Certification.
Erika also studied under Master Craniosacral Therapy teacher, Gary Strauss at the New York Open Center.
Craniosacral Unwinding is a gentle bodywork modality that works with the soft tissue and the cerebrospinal fluid to help release blockages in the body’s vital energy flow. It is highly effective at liberating us from the stresses and dis-harmonies of modern life by inducing deep states of relaxation and clarity.
Francisco Diaz - Lead Therapist
Licensed Massage Therapist and Corrective Exercise Specialist
Over a decade in the healing arts, Francisco's practice focuses on structural integration, using a combination of manual techniques and exercises.
Francisco has a background as a break dancer from Supreme Beingz dance crew. He sustained a few injuries from dancing and received treatment from Chris Lovrin, the founder of 3 Elements in 2004. His first session sparked an interest in Massage Therapy.
Attending the Swedish Institute, he also decided to study personal training under Vincent Metro. Since graduating in 2011, Francisco has worked not only as a Therapist and Trainer, but an instructor as well. He has worked for the U.S. Open, Redbull, Monster Energy, XpresSpa, Bike for Chai, New York Times, Instagram, Facebook, and more!
His modalities include:

Brian has been practicing acupuncture for over 11 years and is a graduate of the prestigious Tri-State College of Acupuncture, where he earned his masters degree in acupuncture. During his education, he learned three distinct styles of acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM), based on the the work of the late Dr. Janet Travell; and KM style acupuncture, developed by Japanese acupuncture master Kiiko Matsumoto.
Brian mentored for two years with the late Japanese acupuncture master Keichi Murata. Murata Sensei began his acupuncture training at the age of 16 under the tutelage of his uncle who was also a successful Japanese acupuncturist.
Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Crystal Therapy, Sound Therapy Practitioner
Roberta is a graduate of the New York College of Health Professions where she was trained in various massage applications including, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Foot Reflexology, Medical Massage, as well as Aromatherapy. In the near further, she will also be adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage to her skills.
During her recent studies, Roberta completed her externship at Bellevue Hospital in NYC, providing stress relieving therapeutic massage to hospital staff. Roberta also is a certified Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Crystal Therapist, as well as Yoga Instructor. She loves what she does and tailors each session to fit her client’s needs, offering the optimal healing experience.
Roberta has provided sound and crystal therapy group meditations in the past at 3 Elements, and is very happy to now return, offering her therapeutic healing touch of massage. She is excited to be working with the 3 Elements community once again.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Sun-Lung Lee went to Queensborough for a massage therapy program, he graduated in 2011. He continued his studies in Queens College CUNY and graduated with a Bachelor in Nutrition and Exercise Science. While he was studying, he worked at the Department of Family Nutrition and Exercise Science in Queens College. He maintained the equipment and ran the laboratory for the Hydrostatic weighing and VO2 max. He did his internship for sports and orthopedics in Bodhizone Physical Therapy & Wellness in New York, NY.
Right after he graduated he started working as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist. He worked in NY Ironman 2012, and NYC Marathon 2013 for FDNY. He did his clinical for oncology at the North Shore University Hospital located in Manhasset, NY. In 2016 he joined the USTA medical team working for the professional Tennis players at the US Open Championship. He focuses his practice on deep tissue and myofascial release.

Claudia integrates her extensive Special Education background with her intutive abilities and dimensional and powerful healing modalities to treat the whole being: body, mind and spirit.
She is an energy practitioner who believes that as the body, mind and spirit finds ease so does the whole person. Claudia works with the person’s energy field helping him or her to let go of what no longer serves them and keeping that which does. She is trained in the alternative energy healing modalities of Reiki I&II and Polarity Therapy which also includes: Craniosacral balancing, Reflexology, Ahimsa and Ayurveda. Claudia is an innate compassionate and empathic person who has a passion in helping others. A session with Claudia includes listening to the client and off the body energy work.
Claudia received her Associate Polarity Practitioner and Register Polarity Practitioner training from Heather Principe who is recognized by both the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) and the International Polarity Education Alliance. Heather has taught in New York, Connecticut, Arizona, North Carolina, Colorado, Switzerland and Ireland. She is founder to the Yoga Polarity Center in Long Island, New York in which she has been teaching since 1995.
Claudia earned her Master’s degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University. She then went on to be a Special Education teacher for over a decade with students with: autism, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, physical disabilities, attention deficit disorder and emotional & behavioral disabilities and communication needs. Claudia’s passion is connecting with others and helping them to bring out the best in themselves.

As a dedicated practitioner, Joanna is devoted to sharing and developing her knowledge of Polarity Therapy, Reiki, esoteric wisdom, and the utilization of sound and vibration as tools for becoming mindful architects of awareness. Incorporating the multiple facets of yoga and her energetic work, Joanna is committed to sharing the understanding of what tapping into our potentiality can do for our vitality and our lives.

Christina Rossi has been a registered nurse for 23 years, and is passionate about holistic health and wellness. She is a registered polarity practitioner, a Reiki practitioner level 3, and trained in teaching imagery and meditation in the clinical setting.
My practice revolves around the intention of the client. I feel that holding a safe space in important in the healing process. During my sessions, I will ask each client to set an intention, and then hold that intention whether we are speaking, meditating, or doing energy work. I provide aromatherapy as requested depending on the needs of the client. I check in with my clients throughout each session.
When I am not working, I am spending time with my family, practicing yoga, hiking, biking, or gardening. I look forward to meeting new clients and holding space for healing.

Christofer Lovrin is the founder of 3 Elements and a licensed massage therapist since 2003. He graduated from the New York College of Holistic Health Education and Research. It was a life-transforming experience where he found and fostered natural talents and abilities in the healing arts. His private studies in Tai Chi, the martial arts, Chinese medicine and esoteric psychology have helped cultivate both his intuition and his energetic sensitivities to give him a unique and effective understanding of the healing process.
Known as the "therapist's therapist" and a Natural Health Consultant. He has researched and experimented in the realms of health and over the years has expanded 3 Elements to include as many no-nonsense healing modalities as possible.
