Join us for an immersive childbirth class designed to give expecting couples the tools, insight, and empowerment they need to navigate labor and birth—naturally and knowledgeably. Whether you’re planning to give birth at a hospital, birthing center, or at home, this one-day intensive will prepare you for every step of the journey.
Led by Efi Nunez, a Certified Nurse Midwife with over 23 years of experience, including at NYU and Northwell hospitals—this class blends clinical insight with holistic strategies, creating a well-rounded and deeply supportive learning environment.

Registration per pair
This ticket reserves a spot for two attendees: the pregnant participant and their chosen support person (partner, friend, doula, etc.). The class is designed for shared learning, so both attendees will be fully involved in all discussions and hands-on practices.
