Polarity is a powerful healing art based on ancient understandings of the movement of energy in the human body. It bases its understandings in the three basic laws of energy (quantum physics). The practice of polarity therapy addresses all patterns of the energetic being: The mind, emotions and physical body as they align with the spirit. The healing art of polarity includes techniques we recognize by the names of reflexology, acupuncture, Aryuveda, yoga & craniosacral balancing. However, it is a body of work that defies the descriptive of these practices.

Polarity Therapy is a transformative process that brings movement to the thing that is not moving. It is a way of working with the fundamental energies of life, of bringing these energies into a state of balance and free flow throughout the entire human energy field. An open ended system, Polarity Therapy draws from many healing traditions, Western and Eastern, ancient and modern, to form a remarkably integrated and powerfully therapeutic system.

THE POLARITY LEVEL 2 COURSE WILL COVER:

• Student will begin to develop a deeper understanding of the Vedic Body (Elemental Body and learn bodywork protocols to address each elemental reflex associated. It also includes vedic understanding of Nutrition and Astrology.

Polarity training can be taken as stand-alone segments, or taken all together to become an Associate Practitioner. Completion of this training entitles the practitioner to Associate Practitioner status with both the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) and the International Polarity Education Alliance (IPEA).

Heather has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. Heather is owner and founder of The Yoga and Polarity Center in Malverne, a center for teaching Yoga, Subtle Energy Healing Arts including Polarity and Pranic Healing, and Energetic Listening Skills for Bodyworkers. She is on the staff of the New Seminary, The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and runs retreats worldwide in all forms of Energetic Healing.

Cost:

-Associate Program Student: $725 (Complete cost of the Associate Program which consists of 5 modules, is payable over 8 months)

-Stand alone module: $725 plus $30 out of program fee. (This can be paid in 3 installments of $260)
