Meet Francisco Diaz, the highly skilled and experienced Lead Therapist at 3 Elements Healing Arts Center. With over a decade in the healing arts, Francisco is a licensed massage therapist, lymphatic drainage and corrective exercise specialist. His focus on structural integration, utilizing a combination of manual techniques and exercises, sets him apart from others in his field.

Before embarking on a career in massage therapy, Francisco was a break dancer with the renowned Supreme Beingz dance crew. In 2004, he sustained injuries that led him to seek treatment from Chris Lovrin, the founder of 3 Elements Healing Arts Center. This experience sparked his interest in massage therapy, and he went on to attend the prestigious Swedish Institute, where he also studied personal training under Vincent Metro.

Since graduating in 2011, Francisco has become a highly sought-after therapist, trainer, and instructor. He has worked with top organizations such as the U.S. Open, Redbull, Monster Energy, XpresSpa, Bike for Chai, New York Times, Instagram, Facebook, and more! His clients include professional athletes, dancers, celebrities, and individuals seeking to improve their physical well-being.

Francisco's expertise spans a wide range of modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, stretch therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial therapy, Graston, cupping, and Kinesio taping. His holistic approach to healing has helped countless clients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and improve their physical performance.
