Kundalini yoga is a complete practice of poses, breath work, mantra, and meditation that has the power to transform your body, mind and spirit. This style of yoga uses the science of specific sequences, angles/circles of the body and movement to create results quickly and effectively bringing a sense of calm, clarity and connection to one’s life. Lillian’s style of teaching is kind, compassionate and uplifting, always honoring the innate wisdom of each individual.
Lillian has been teaching yoga to adults and children since 2009. She has her 250 hour certification from Golden Bridge NYC as well as multiple certifications for children. First as a social worker and now as a yoga teacher, her passion is helping others to see their beauty and brilliance so they can live a life filled with energy, gratitude, happiness and LOVE!!!
