YIN YOGA
If you are feeling stiff, tense, or tight, allow yin yoga to unravel you… Yin yoga is the practice of using body weight and gravity in long-held, floor-based postures to passively lengthen the connective tissues. Poses are typically held from 3-7 minutes each. This quietly intense practice helps to increase flexibility and range of motion. After a yin yoga practice, one can expect an overall sense of spaciousness, relaxation, and well-being. This deeply meditative class is a beautiful challenge for the body and mind, and the perfect complement to any active yoga practices or exercise. Modifications will be offered to suit your needs.
