Beginner Vinyasa & Meditation

Beginner Vinyasa is centered around learning the fundamentals of a vinyasa class in order to build a strong foundation and understand the proper alignment of basic yoga poses. Expect a slower paced class with standing postures, coordinated with vinyasa flows to develop strength and flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered. Meditation practice will also be incorporated in this class.
